A lot of real estate agents are loud and brash. Jack is quiet, considered and respectful. This may come from his training as a lawyer and accountant, or maybe his upbringing in Northern China, in a town made famous by its hand pulled noodles.
Being bilingual is a big strength of Jack’s. He is also patient and thorough, making sure his clients understand the process of buying off the plan as well as the property they are buying. Having formal legal and accounting training, Jack is able to clearly and confidently help his clients navigate what can be a daunting process.
Jack has been the top performer, or close to, in his team for over 10 years and has never grown complacent. “I truly believe off the plan real estate is the most challenging job, more than law or accounting” says Jack “Only if you are strong enough and willing to challenge yourself can you become a success”.
